The configuration is not supported as per release note RN#: 21A1-00001

3.8) Solaris 64 Bit Progress 9.1D06 Is Not Supported for Fathom 2.1A1B Beta
Solaris 64 bit Progress 9.1D06 is not supported for the Fathom 2.1A1B Beta program. Solaris 64 bit Progress does not yet include the osmetrics.dll and therefore cannot support Fathom or the Remote Monitoring functionality. The Solaris 32 bit version of Progress 9.1D06 and Fathom 2.1A1B can be used in Beta.
