FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
SYMPTOM(s):
** Unbalanced " or ' characters or incomplete \ in parm list. (1249)
CAUSE:
-param has a long value (>255), in a pf file. -param can actually handle about 32k but the problem is due to the use of a pf file.
FIX:
Do not handle such a big value for -param in a pf file
