CAUSE:
Too many users per Server
FIX:
Balance Maximum Number of Servers (-Mn) and Maximum Number of Clients per Servers -Ma. Recommend no more than 10 users per Server. See P26334, "How to set the values for the startup parameters -Ma, -Mn and -n"for more details.
