GOAL:
Is the Client Startup Parameter -param limited to 255 characters?
FIX:
No. The following tests show that:
1) From proenv (Windows OS Command Prompt) we can send up to 8160 characters in -param. This limit might be due the the OS command prompt itself.
2) On Linux/*NIX, we could manage up to 31980 characters in -param
