Hidden Fields in Dynamics Not Visible at Design Time
CAUSE:
This is by design. One of the goals of the the AppBuilder's design window is to
be as WYSIWYG as possible. Therefore fields that are hidden should not appear
at design time.

FIX:
There has been some discussion on the correct behavior and the current thinking is that a new attribute be introduced 'RemoveFromLayout' to allow the developer complete control on what they get in design time
FIX:
Can use the List Objects button to unset the Hidden option or the ROM - set the Visible attribute to true for the field.
