Local and Common Event Flags, Clustering used on VMS ?
Does PROGRESS use Local Event Flags and/or Common Event Flags?
If PROGRESS uses both, which clusters does it use?
PROGRESS on VMS DOES use Local Event Flags. We allocate them with
the LIB$GET_EF system service.
If local event flags are going to be used we recommend allocating
them with the system service (this way there will not be any
conflicts with the PROGRESS code).
PROGRESS does NOT use Common Event Flags, nor does PROGRESS take
advantage of clustering.
