Database log files have the wrong timestamps (6 hours behind) when being started with Progress Explorer.
JDK 1.30 is in use
All Java related log files have wrong timestamps.
HP-patches are the current ones
Correct Timezone and Sys-time in use.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D
