SYMPTOM(s):
Trying to install SP6.
Installation hangs without an error while checking for active Progress processes.
CAUSE:
The check for running processes and where Progress is installed can take some time depending upon the resources of the machine.
FIX:
Be patient and allow the process to complete, it could 10 minutes or even longer.
