Kbase P30606: Proserve fails with error 800 code 1, suceeds on 2nd or 3rd time

SYMPTOM(s):
proserve fails with error 800 code 1
** The server terminated with exit code 1. (800)
The DB will start on second or third proserve
No other error seen in database log file
No change on the machine
9 DB's started from within a script around 2AM
CAUSE:
As the problem is not reproducible, it has to be linked to the resource on the machine at the time of the proserve command.
FIX:
SUGGESTION:
Add "sleep 30" between the different proserve commands
