poll() returned -1 errno=11 (2264) on sco box.
If a user sees the following message on a SCO system
have the user check the following.
1) Login as root.
2) Issue the command mkdev streams.
3) You will be prompted to configure the streams or disable the
streams. Answer to configure the streams.
4) If it wasn't configured, then a new kernel will be created and
the system will need to be rebooted for the new kernel to take
affect. This will fix the problem.
5) If it was configured, then nothing will happen and the command
will tell you the streams is configured. Now it may require
increasing the kernel parameters NSTREAMS and NQUEUES.
