Error 437 and 700 trying to connect a database
Disconnected from server because database name was incorrect. (437)
** Server rejected login. (700)
Error 1159 shows in the database log file
Server cannot find a free port for a TCP socket. (1159)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Many clients running TCP/IP socket connections against the database over network and locally on the server.

CAUSE:
Two servers running on the same port range and there is very busy active network traffic filling up the dynamical segment.
FIX:
Use -minport and -maxport to define different port ranges for the two servers.
