FIX:
ESQL/C-92 is a SQL-92 interface, ESQL/C092 requests are served by SQL-92 servers that come with Progress database license. Thus it not supported with Oracle data server product.
ESQL/C-89 small client is not supported by Oracle data server because small clients require open interface broker which does not support Oracle data server.
ESQL/C-89 large client is SUPPORTED by Oracle data server, when probuilding large client, you have option to have Oracle data server configured.
