GOAL:
How to use the AdminMsgTimeout parameter.
FIX:
The AdminMsgTimeout is a Database parameter that was added in 9.1C patches to specify the time in seconds for which the broker will wait for a response after sending the AdminServer a connection request message.
This parameter can be specified in the Progress Explorer according to Solution 21288.
This is needed in some cases where the AdminServer starts many databases and/or the machine is not very fast.
The default is 10 seconds and only values in the range of 10 to 900 seconds can be specified.
Example:
-AdminMsgTimeout 300
