Toolbar had incorrect settings:
Cancel was: NewRecord=add,copy or ObjectMode=Update
Should be: ObjectMode=Modify and SaveSource=no and DataModified or
ObjectMode=Update or NewRecord=add,copy
View was: ObjectMode=Modify and Editable and newRecord=no
Should be: ObjectMode=Modify and Editable and newRecord=no and
DataModified=no
