GOAL:
Do the jar files need to be copied over from SonicMQ to Progress when migrating SonicMQ 3.5 to SonicMQ 4.0?
FIX:
Upgrading SonicMQ requires that the new jar files be copied from the SonicMQ installation to the Progress installation.
