SYMPTOM(s):
Starting APW using PROAPW does not return the cursor to the command prompt.
Using the DOS Command prompt to run PROAPW.
APW starts successfully.
The only way to continue working is to start a new command prompt.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Upgrade to 8.3E.
