FIX:
The only way to put an updateable browse in row-marker mode (where a row of the browse is selected and has focus) is to use the mouse.
The updateable browse was designed such that applying entry to the browse will always look for a cell to give focus to, thus the browse is in cell-edit mode. This makes the browse consistent to how it acts when the application user tabs into the browse with the TAB key.
When tabbing into an editable browse, the browser is in edit-mode and the TAB key moves focus between the cells of the browse. To tab out of an editable browse hit CTRL-TAB.
