CAUSE:
Not enough memory to complete the installation of the product
FIX:
The Developer Edition requires: 64 MB RAM and 70 MB to 130 MB of disk space.
The Professional Developer Edition and the Enterprise Edition require 256 MB RAM and 270 MB to 1 GB of disk space.
