Unable to startup PROGRESS Debugger. (4106)
Debugger splash screen lingers for 30 to 40 seconds on startup.
Error: "Waiting for debugger to accept connection 10022."
XP system error generated info for Microsoft indicating a java.exe problem with a display driver module (nvoglnt.dll).
Screen resolution is at 1280 X 1024.
Attempt to change to single monitor setting failed.
XP is at service pack level 2.

Problem with current display driver.
FIX:
Update Display Driver:
1. Enter Control Panel.
2. Select Display.
3. Select Settings tab.
4. Select Advanced button.
5. Select Adapter tab.
5. Select the Properties button.
7. Select Update Driver button.
8. Latest driver is downloaded.
9. Reboot.
