SYMPTOM(s):
Getting error 4521 when running proutil truncate bi command on Windows
SYSTEM ERROR: Invalid blocksize <blocksize> in database <dbname>. (4521)
Database created on UNIX
Database copied to Windows operating system
CAUSE:
Copying a datbase from Unix to Windows is not supported
FIX:
Dump the database on Unix, and load it on Windows
