VMS INSTALLATION. CANNOT CHANGE TAPE DEVICE
DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.
The installation procedure in the versions 7.2Exx products don't
accept the change of the tape device if it's already mounted.
If this is the case, abort the installation procedure and dismount
the tape without unloading it. Then restart the installation
procedure.
