FIX:
Service Packs for current Progress versions can be downloaded from the Progress web site.
1. In a web browser, go to http://www.progress.com
2. Select "Products".
3. Select "Support" menu > "Product Downloads".
4. Login using your ESD login ID & password (or register for a login).
6. Select "Software" (on the left side of the page).
6. Select "Progress Service Packs".
Retired Service Packs or patches for older Progress versions can be made available, if required. Contact Progress technical support for these.
