GOAL:
Why Oracle Long Raw are not converted to Blob (ProtoOra Versions 8 and 9)?
FIX:
As there is no Progress BLOB datatype, "ProtoOra" cannot convert Oracle Long Raw columns to Blob fields.
Within version 10 we introduce Binary Large Objects (aka blob's).
Binary Large Objects are assumed to contain binary data which the 4GL can store in and retrieve from the database and from flat files, but does not know how to decode the contents of. They can be stored in the database, but
