The DataDirect Technologies 4.1 ODBC driver for the Win32 Intel platform is supplied with the 9.1D06 and later 9.1D service packs.
After Unpacking the service pack, refer to the "DataDirect41" directory at the root level of the Progress Service Pack distribution (the parent directory where the service pack was decompressed to). The "DataDirect41" directory includes a README file with installation instructions, along with the DataDirect installation executable to install the 4.1 ODBC driver.
