FIX:
As of 1 April 2007, Crystal Reports 9 and Crystal Enterprise 9 are no longer sold or supported. Customers using this version should upgrade to Version 10 or the more current Version XI Release 2 edition.
Crystal Reports 10 and Crystal Enterprise 10 are supported on Progress 9.1D06 (or higher Service Pack), Progress 9.1E and OpenEdge 10.
Crystal Reports 11 (XI) and Crystal Reports Server 11 (XI) are supported on Progress 9.1E02, OpenEdge 10.0B02 or later.
To use Crystal 11 (XI) ActiveX controls Progress 9.1E02 (or higher Service Pack) and OpenEdge 10.0B02 (or higher Service Pack) are required. Refer to solution P101495, "Unable to add Crystal Reports 11 (XI) ActiveX controls to an AppBuilder window" for more information.
Crystal Reports 2008 and Crystal Reports Server 2008 are supported on Progress 9.1E04, OpenEdge 10.0B02 and later.
Progress does not provide support for Crystal Reports 8.x or less.
