Message occurring multiple times with same Name and same User Number.
CAUSE:
Explanation of the message is:
This message is written to the database log (.lg) file when the user logs in or sets their userid using SETUSERID.
FIX:
Expected behavior
message 708 is reported in the log file each time a user calls the 4GL function SETUSERID(), even with the same username and password.
This is a way to test if the username and password of an account are still valid.
