SYMPTOM(s):
Confusion in relay server name, eg. www.mailservername.com instead of mail1.mailservername.com.
Using Fathom mail client.
ISP Telia is used for the relay server provision.
CAUSE:
The domain is not defined clearly at the ISP, it is not a Progress/Fathom problem.
FIX:
Contact the ISP and get it fixed.
