No errors if starting databases at command line with same parameters
Databases start with Explorer/Fathom if -B decreased
CHANGE:
Using Progress Explorer or Fathom to start/control databases
CAUSE:
Progress Explorer uses AdminServer which, in turn, uses java causing many more processes to be spawned consuming more memory than running from the command line.
FIX:
Decrease the -B parameter
