CAUSE:
This is a known issue. There is a problem with the Progress Image widget not being able to display Windows MetaFile images (WMF-files).
FIX:
Workaround: To use Windows MetaFile (WMF) images in your Progress application, you need to first convert those images to one of the other supported image formats.
