Error MMC cannot open the selected file
Progress explorer tool opens %DLC%\proexp.prm which references proexp.msc
CAUSE:
proexp.msc file is missing
FIX:
Progress delivers also proexp11.msc and proexp12.msc.
Depending what version of MMC is used, copy proexp.msc from proexp11.msc or proexp12.msc.
