SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to OPEN => DIRECTORY from GUI RESULTS.
The file dialog window flashes and the user is unable to browse for files.
The server has the Progress drive mapped to it.
CAUSE:
User profile did not grant users the appropriate working access permissions.
FIX:
Ensure that the qc7 file is in the working directory and that users have appropriate access permissions to that directory.
