Unable to read the (probably truncated) .lk file. (1383)
Database crashed because of insufficient disk space.
CAUSE:
PROGRESS was able to open the lock (.lk) file, but an error occurred
when a read was attempted. Usually this occurs only when the .lk file
has a length of 0.
FIX:
Remove the lock file and start the database.
