ERROR: Could not execute com.progress.vj.sql.explorer.SQLExplorerGUI : The system cannot find the file specified.
CAUSE:
Progress cannot find the file %DLC%\java\progress.zip
FIX:
Make sure that the PROGRESSCP value at the HKLM\Software\PSC\Progress\9.1B\Java registry location contains the correct path to the progress.zip file.
