Error 'You must have Administrator privileges to install or update' when installing Webclient application.
The application is being installed for the first time on this machine.
Logged on as Administrator (or user with FULL admin privileges) when doing the installation.
'You must have Administrator privileges to install or update <application name>'.
CAUSE:

FIX:
Upgrade to Progress/WebClient 9.1D07 or later release.
