FIX:
A shared network installation created without running NetSetup is not a supported configuration.
If Progress/OpenEdge is being run from a mapped drive then a Shared Network Installation of the product must be installed on the client machines.
Shared Network Install (NetSetup) updates each client machine with all systems files, icons and Registry entries that are necessary to run Progress locally.
