What is the connection between _mprosrv and Progress broker data (pbd)?
FIX:
In the "Progress Installation and Configuration Guide Version 9 for UNIX" documentation, in chapter 6: "Memory and System Configuration", is table 6·1, and in this table there are two definitions:
- Database server or broker (_mprosrv*)
- Progress broker data (pbd)
Progress broker data (pbd) is not a component.
This data refers to how much memory is being allocated by _mprosrv when values for parameters mentioned in "Table 6-2: Size Increments For Increasing Startup Parameters By 1" get changed.
