Mips V.4 Pyramid DC/OSX lost truncated output pipe redirect
MIPS V.4 customers, running DC/OSX 1.1 on a Pyramid, must install
patch version IMU3 EP20498a from Pyramid.
When building a binary on IRIX, _cleanup will get executed on
platforms which don't have _cleanup in *their* libc atexit routine.
This patch adds _cleanup to the libc atexit routine on the Pyramid.
Without this patch, customers may see lost or truncated output when
it is piped or redirected.
This patch is only available on MU3. Installing MU4+ will not
address the problem.
