GOAL:
Need to know the relative time required to restore a database over the existing database to the time it took to backup that same database using the Progress utilities on the same box.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Sun Solaris SPARC

FIX:
The restore took less time on our test box, but not significantly less.
Size of test database is (10GB).
They need to consider the activity on the OS at the time of the restore as compared to when the backup was performed.
