SYMPTOM(s):
Errors when running statically linked Oracle DataServer executable after upgrading Oracle version.
Dependent module libclntsh.a(shr.o) could not be loaded.
Cannot load module libclntsh.a(shr.o).
System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
The errors are referencing the path of the previous Oracle installation.
CAUSE:
The previous Oracle installations /lib path is built into the executable.
FIX:
Rebuild the DataServer executable using the new Oracle path via the PROBUILD utility.
