SYMPTOM(s):
No error when trying to install
After entering the serial number on a PC the machines beeps but no error is raised and it is not possible to continue the install
CAUSE:
Omitted the leading zeroes in the serial number
FIX:
Ensure full serial number is typed in, including leading zeroes
