User is connecting using DIRECT connect option
[INTERSOLV][ODBC PROGRESS driver]PROGRESS error returned with no
associated message: RC =-1, SQLCODE= -1, SQLSTATE="".
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Configure the ODBC connection to be Via Server.
The error only appears with the DIRECT option.
