ODBC error using -RO (read only) option
[INTERSOLV][ODBC PROGRESS driver]PROGRESS error returned with no
associated message: RC =-1, SQLCODE= -1, SQLSTATE="".
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
If the database is started in Read-Only mode the -RO parameter is not needed
on the database startup options line in the datasource administrator.
This means that the -RO option can be omitted.
By omitting the parameter, the error will not appear.
