prodb does not accept extent directory stated in st-file
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress prodb makes the DB according to the .st file, but the .AI files are placed in the current directory and not in the directory specified by the .st file.

CAUSE:
Documentation is misleading:
Prodb does not take preexisting st-file in working directory into consideration for extent directory other than working directory.
FIX:
Updated documentation to reflect fact that prodb does not accept extent directory other than working directory.
