Report Builder - No printer font available

When an individual report is saved in Report Builder, the printer and
associated information (including the fonts available for that printer
are stored in the report.

If the report is later opened and a print or preview is attempted but
the printer saved in the report is no longer available, the error
message - No printer fonts available - will be displayed. This is
because Report Builder cannot find the printer and associated fonts
that were saved in the report.

To get around this message, while the report is open go to the menu
and select Report->Print then the Setup button. Select a new printer
from the list. Then save the report so that it now contains current
printer/font information.
