GOAL:
How to recover from a binary load when one bd# file was not loaded and the database has been used?
FIX:
This is a very bad situation as since the database has been started since the load was completed means there is no way to guarantee the validity of the database.
The best way to approach this problem is to backup the existing database.
1. Rebuild the database with the original files from the binary dump.
2. Re-enter all data that had been entered previously while the database was running.
To try and load the left over binary file any other way could result in a corrupted database as it is unknown just what had done to the database when it was up and running.
