FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
could only define 2 brokers, the third is never recognized by the
wsconfig command
wsconfig returns broker configuration but at the end
VALIDATION MESSAGE: Unexpected error: java.lang.NullPointerException. (8143)
There is at least one broker instance for each unified broker category
wsconfig runs fine against ubroker.properties.template
wsconfig runs fine if one of the manually defined broker is commented out
The brokers were added manually via vi editor
CAUSE:
Exact cause unknown at the time of writing, but looks like related to one of the manually defined brokers
FIX:
Define any new brokers before the problem broker
