SYMPTOM(s):
ODBC connection has slow performance
CAUSE:
Network Adapter in server was not properly configured.
In this case, it was set to use a Half-Duplex 10 Mbit connection instead of Full-Duplex 100 Mbit.
FIX:
Configure network adapter properly.
