Install problem: Diskette will not mount

If a customer says that when he tries to mount his PROGRESS install
disk (using the mount command) it gives him an error such as:
1. diskette won't mount
2. can't read diskette
3. bad media
4. device incompatible

it may be because his device (disk drive) is incompatible with the
media type he was sent by PROGRESS. For example, his disk drive may
be a low density disk drive and we sent him high density media. To
tell what kind of media we sent the customer, look in the Market Watch
for his 2 digit serial code. In the column labeled "Media Type" it
will indicate either "hi" or "lo".

The problem may also be incompatible file systems (fs). Have the
customer try the mount command again with the "-f <file system type>"
option to force a mount to his file system type.
An example is "-f AFS". AFS is one type of file system.

One more thing: Make sure they are not using the raw device in the
mount command, such as /dev/rfd0. This will not work, and they will
see an error mount: cannot stat device
