Users cannot login to the database
SYSTEM ERROR: Too many subprocesses, cannot fork. Errno=11. (358)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 8.3B
CAUSE:
Sequent Unix V.4, specifically 4.4.10, requires dedicated swap space for each running process and will return the Error 11 (resource temporarily unavailable) when space is not available. The error 11 can be found in /usr/include.
FIX:
Increase the size of the swap area for the disk.
