GOAL:
Are there any problems in setting the AppServer Server startup timeout to 0
FIX:
Not really.
You may simply end up with a few more server processes up and running at the same time then if you left the parameter to its default value of 3.
However, the benefit of setting this option to 0 is that, when all server processes are busy, the AppServer broker will spawn a new server immediately to serve new incoming requests, rather than waiting 3 seconds.
